Laksa!

If you are looking for a place to have good and cheap laksa; or you would like to bring a foreign friend to try out a local dish the look no further than yishun laksa. This place packs probably one of the best laksa in Singapore at a really cheap price. You can also request for large portions of cockles and chilli powder for extra kick in your laksa. They close early at 6 plus I think so please be there early before dinner or during lunch lest you miss out on this simple yet delicious delicacy in Singapore. They come in a few serving sizes and as for me, I would usually eat 2 servings of the small size.

If you are a laksa fan, you absolutely need to try 928 Yishun laksa. Cheap and good. Lots of ingredients. Addictive laksa soup. The queue quite long but worth the wait.

BEST LAKSA IN THE NORTH!

Hands down this is one of the best laksa in the north. Rich and clear gravy with QQ thick beehoon and a variety of quality ingridients to complete the dish. Service is amiacable and humble.

Cheap & Good Laksa.

Have been living in Yishun since young. There are actually 2 Laksa booths in the same block(928) and they have swapped between themselves once or twice. Therefore the confusion and the taste.

The "Authentic" booth is the one on the right.

Great value for money even though there are no shrimps. Personally do not like the Hum so would order without Hum which gives a full egg instead of half and also more tau pok, fish cakes and crab meat.

The dessert store on the utmost left is very popular as well. Famous for it's ice being "Soft".

It closes at about 730pm for both the Laksa and Dessert. If Im not wrong, either Laksa or dessert is closed on Monday and the other is closed on Wednesday.

Not the same Yishun Laksa anymore

Change of people manning the stall. Laksa doesn't taste the same as the old Yishun Laksa. Taste more like typical food court laksa. No difference in portion between big serving and small serving. Stall owner also try to short change a $50 note.
