This place is unpretentious and from outside nothing special. Service staff were very attentive. The food had plenty of flavour, ingredients were fresh and of high quality. The fresh ravioli with mushrooms were the best I have had anywhere in Europe, the pizzas full of flavour on thin base. Definitely worth a return visit

Bruno's Bistrot is one of the hidden gems in Singapore. Whenever we miss European food we head to Bruno for one of his specialties. Besides providing big portions with fresh and natural products the service is great. The waiters are taking care of us without being pushy.

Originally suppose to be a French Bistro, residents in the area was still reminiscent of the Italian food at the previous restaurant and the restaurant adapted pastas and piazzas to their menu (waiter was very patient and told us the whole history of the place). decided to try this place cause me and friend always pass by the area but never tried the joint and we certainly were not disappointed. we initially ordered the crispy pork belly (which ouh oh was out) but was offered the spanish pork chop with the crab linguine we ordered. even my friend who usually shun away from pork loves how tasty it was and crispy it was grilled. we open a bottle of wine and really enjoyed ourselves. overall a great experience. chef specials great sauce/flavours portions were big nice quick place to enjoy a meal slowly

Originally we were disappointed when the previous Italian restaurant in this location closed and were reluctant to give Bruno's Bistot a try. Boy am I glad we did though!

Not only is the food declicious but the host is friendly and chatty and the atmosphere sitting outside on a warm evening is perfect.

We have eaten there twice now - I ordered the Crab meat pasta both times as it was so good - tasty and fresh and the pasta was perfectly al dente. In my opinion the pasta here is of a much higher quality than Al Forno which I have always found quite over-rated. The french onion soup was authentic and tasty - love the cheesy toasts on top. The complimentatry bread is served warm and is yummy.

My husband tried the duck confit and also the Australian ribeye both of which he was very happy with. The chips that came with the ribeye were seriously the best chips I've had in Singapore. Very crunchy and delicious!

This has quickly become our local favaourite and I expect we'll be back again this weekend! I might have to try something new on the menu this time though

What to Eat
Bingsu ice shavings, sweet rice cakes and toasts invade the cafes here. Not typically offered in traditional Korean meals, desserts are served only during special occasions as refreshments, but in Singapore, the tables are turned
