Gets abit crowded because of the view. The menu was abit large, but overall there for the mussel pots. Huge variety.

Had the mussels but 1 of the pots cannot make it. the kitchen staff doesnt seem to check freshness of the mussels even after cooking them. Careful.

Beers were especially expensive.

However, service was super quick and prompt. Love that fact.

Being Gluten and Lactose Intolerant, finding a decent restaurant in Singapore is near impossible.
At Brussels Sprouts at the big splash the staff goes out of their way to accommodate my diet. The chef prepares the food separately for me. During our last visit one if the staff went quickly to the other location to stock up on more Gluten free beer, another unique benefit that no other restaurant in singapore provides.
Thumbs up for this great service
