The atmosphere at Carnivore is fun, relaxed, simple and understated. At Carnivore, the meats are marinated and cooked over fire till perfection. Its Brazilian chefs will pamper you with an array of meats – beef, pork, chicken, lamb and fish.

Heaven On Earth

We went to this restaurant for dinner. The ambience was cozy and relaxing. We first went to the salad bar to get our starters. There was quite a lot to choose from, ranging from neatly cut watermelon slices to savory tomato soup. Then after we had finished our appetizer, the waiters started streaming in one by one with meat pierced in their long swords. They came by to our table and deftly sliced the meat off their swords and into our plates. The beef rump was the most delicious thing I have ever tasted. It was so soft and fatty so when you take a bite of it, grease runs down your chin. The meat was soft and tender and it melted in my mouth. They also served us little round cheese puffs that I could not get enough of. Their Shirley Temple drink was fantastic. It was like tasting the nectar of the gods. Overall, I think this place is one of the best gourmet restaurants in Singapore and I will definetely be coming back.

My wife organised a birthday dinner for me at this restaurant. I don't understand if the definition of Churrascaria is understood by the restaurant. This is a buffet restaurant NOT a Churrascaria Restaurant. The selection of meat and cuts are so little- only 5 for Dinner!. Also, a Brazilian restaurant that doesn't serve chicken hearts is like a Japanese sushi restaurant not serving fish! Felt so cheated for a birthday dinner. Will never go again!

Salad bar is depressingly empty, the salads are tired, the rest is bathing in oil... The meat is of poor quality... The setting is very airport like... Service is pleasant but in no way can make up for the horrible food. Maybe ok if you just want to sip a caipirinha before heading for the casino
