This is one of our favorite restaurants in Singapore. the food is delectable. It is run by Wendy and her husband who are charming and will educate you about the items in the menu. Service is impeccable and the old shophouse interiors are warm and woody. Every item is hand prepared and they don't use any readymade curry pastes. The food is authentic Eurasian (of the Portuguese variety). We eat at Casa Bom Vento very often and would heartily recommend this place for an authentic Peranakan experience. You will not find this food anywhere else in Singapore.

It was perfectly cooked, with crispy edges but smooth and moist flesh inside. With the pepper taste lingered in my mouth, fried curry leaves gave another dimension to the dish.
