I like that their cream puffs are baked, and not fried, which is the hallmark and signature of this particular brand of cream puffs.

The Chocolate Fudge Caramel Milk ($1.50), part of their deluxe range, has that delightful crisp crust, in contrast to its chewy insides. The fresh cream filling is very light and fresh, sweet yet not overwhelmingly so. The rich but semi-sweet chocolate fudge topping is made extra rich with the ultra saccharine caramel swirl. This really is strictly for the sweet-toothed. I need to be in such a mood to eat such stuff.

The Mini Chewy Puff ($4) reminded me of the good ol' days when I used to eat this as a child. Poofy and airy, this was so light in texture that you don't realize you've eaten the whole bunch until it's all gone
