surprisingly delicious steak, and well-cooked at that, at this rather casual steakery in myvillage at serangoon gardens. it’s a rather cleaned-up, modernified take on what was previously a coffeeshop western stall (a rather local phenomenon of asian-interpreted fried western foods dished up good and cheap), with service courtesy of rather-friendly aunties and good food couresty of great ingredients and some impressive-cooking.   it’s not nearly in the same league as the rather more renowned, poshy steakhouses – but it does pretty well in its class, rather much more impressive than aston’s, to my thinking.   it’s not entirely gourmet, even if it’s rather satisfying for a weekday meal. it’s now our weekday go-to for steak, and rather a compelling reason to eat local (an exception to that variant of murphy’s law that states you usualy end up eating far, far away from your own neighborhood).

Best Value Steakhouse in Sing.

Far better than Astons. Could easily pay 3x as much at Mortons but for the $$ you pay you get an excellent steak. A must go for me at least 2-3x a month.

awesome affordable simple n delicious

It's a place to hangout in heartland. There is air-conditioning, it's modern, clean and nice spacious place that serve affordable western grill. They used to be at a dirty and noisy coffeeshop across the street, right now at the mall ivillage across. I like their rib-eyes. Medium is nice. Their beef burger. Nice. A tad small though. Their sautéed mushroom - nice! Their chicken - not bad. Potato salad - can improve. Cream broccoli - better without cream Overall, I think they are slightly above the usual astons specialties for their meat at same price but lesser varieties of side and less qualities of side.. I have yet to try their waghyu, I am looking forward to that. :)

Western grill at great prices

This place is always bustling with patrons and it's full house during meal hours. We had to arrive real early for lunch to grab a table before doing groceries. Value for money and the food is good. Took some time for the food to arrive even though it's not peak period but worthed the wait!
