Spanish Fiesta Promotion
26 Mar 2012Java+ is a new chill out lounge at Marriott and is part of their recent plans to touch up the Marriott Hotel.
A classy setting, they have launched their presence with the current Spanish Fiesta by flying in Chef Jordi Villegas from JW Mariott Hong Kong from now till April 7.
Whilst one can get a fuller menu at Marriott Cafe, Java+ allows one to have light bites of Chef Jordi's specialties at an average of just $2 a pop - paired together with your much needed after-work glass of Sangria from 6pm to 9pm from now till the 7 April.
Some recommendations to go for include the smoked salmon with blue berries cheese which is a refreshing way to open the palette after a long day at the office.
Those wanting something heavier would do well with the seared beef roll with garlic and shallot jam. With such a large piece of tender beef on bread, it would be tough to eat this in one bite.
Potato lovers would do well with the croquetas de jamon iberico con all i oli - round mashed potatoes fried that would leave one yearning for more.
Other starters to try includes the chorizo ratatouille and the Iberian ham on toasted bread.
With only two more weeks to the end of the promotion, this is an event not to be missed.
