If you haven't been to Katsuya yet, you don't know what you are missing. The katsu is wrapped in a golden batter, crispy and not at all oily. I don't know what they use to achieve that golden crisp perfection but it's the best in town. The meat inside is tasty and moist. However, it's not just katsu. The sashimi is good too, and the value for money is very very good for the quality of the food.
I spent $40 per person.
- I also recommend this place for:
- After Work, Ala Carte, Anniversary, Business Dining, Children/Family, Dinner, Lunch
