Food was generally very good - the seared scallops were simple but well-done, and the sauce and mushrooms complemented it perfectly. The pork belly was to die for, the belly fat melted in our mouths but there was enough meat to savour as well. Squid ink rice was a little heavy in flavour but still tasted great; the salmon roe was an unexpected but good complement. The only slight disappointment was the chocolate lava cake (dessert) - it didn't go too well with the bourbon butter and strawberry sorbet, and we regretted not going with our waiter's advice and pairing it with basil ice cream instead.
That aside, service was prompt and attentive but non-intrusive, which was great :) would be happy to come back again!
