Lucky Dessert is most well known for their Mango and Durian based dessert. Originating from a little town in Sham Tseng Hong Kong. It was founded by a young dessert chef under the tutelage of a famous dessert chef. Today, you can find endless crowds filling the shop until the wee hours of the night (in hong kong) The mango trinity pomelo sago has generous servings of mango. Its smooth and creamy texture blends the sweetness and aroma of the mango in a ice bowl which is soothing for the most discerning palate. Twice awarded best dessert in Hong Kong. It is a must try for all mango lovers. Other items include glutinous mango roll and mango pancakes. If you are a durian lover, you can try the durian pomelo sago, durian pancakes and durian roll. The shop uses good quality fresh durian for their desserts. You can taste the rich warm aroma of durian with every bite. Definitely recommended for all durian lovers. My personal favourite is the Banana Krisp. A nice freshly baked pastry roll that comes wrapped in a choice of banana or durian. Though you will expect a waiting time of 10 mins. The wait is well worth it. The pastry is crispy on the outside but soft and warm on the inside. The rich aroma of banana blends very well with the crispy and flaky skin of the roll . A wonderful combination. I will recommend this shop to all dessert lovers.
