Today i brought a friend to this Smokeless Palace with 2 vouchers.

Surprisingly the seller brought out only a A3 tray with all the ingredients laying flat on top of the tray area without anything overlapping at all.

I still could vividly remember we were given only 2pcs prawns, 2pcs mussels, 2pcs fish balls, 10 slices of super thin pork, probably 1pc squid cut into 8pcs, 2pcs crab meat cut into pieces, some veges & some grass noodles only.

Although i paid promo price of $8.80 / pax for total 4 vouchers bought, but i totally felt cheated as it is totally different from the pictures advertised. In Gmarket picture, each ingredient seems to have its own plate topping up and total about 11 plates of ingredient.

I wanted to give customer review to warn other buyer but i could not do so, i wonder it is banned by Gmarket or the seller from buyer giving any negative review.

I still have two voucher unused and want to have for refund. With $8.80, i can enjoy better steam boat at any hawker centre for 2 pax, none to say i am paying $8.80 per pax now for such a pathetic food there.

I am truly disappointed!!

bought voucher from street deal. validity is only 2 months.

dont even bother booking on the last week as they will tell you its fully booked and non extendable. so $$$ spent purchasing vouchers all gone down the drain.

dont have such a short validity if you always "claim" to be fully booked.

Went there once before and it was almost empty.

Food quality is mediocre, place does not serve the sweet chilli sauces that comes at any other thai bbqsteamboat.

will definitely not return here again and also warning to others from buying vouchers at this place from deal sites.

Just one word....flop. Dont go. The food is lousy, no air con, small portion. Even if you have coupon....it is not worth it ! Dont buy the coupon. If there is a minus for the rating, I will rate minus.
