food takes 40 mins to arrive , staff disappear need to wait for another 15 mins if you ask for ketchup , taste disappointing. ... very bad experience all around. tried three different swensens outlets .. they have the same consistency poor service not so great tasting food andsuper slow turn around time

I was there over the weekend for dinner and was pleasantly suprised by what I found. The breaded chicken I had was done well and I was quite satisfied. My party of ten people all ate under twenty dollars each and we were able to enjoy a full four course meal thanks to Swensens special promotion where you just top up a couple of dollars to add a drink, soup and and a scoop of ice cream with your main course. There were several vegetarians in my party and I was slightly disappointed when they were unable to alter some main courses to fit our requirements but the service staff was very friendly. Overall, its a value for money meal that i'll recommend to anyone who's looking to eat at Singapore's first Eco-friendly mall. Cheers~
