Yong Heng Fried Prawn Noodle 永兴炒福建虾面 ( Bedok Interchange hawker...)

      17 May 2013
I decided to recommend Yong Heng Fried Hokkien Mee. Their soup base is tasty and you can smell very fragrance smell when the noodles is ready to serve. Their noodles not too wet, chilli is good when i eat with the noodles together. When I tried this Hokkien Mee, I was impressed to blog about it and recommend to others.
I ordered a $5 plate of fried hokkien mee which comes in a very satisfactory portion with their opeh leaf. Well-fried with a remarkable wok hei flavor and a slightly wet consistency, the delicious noodles are thoroughly coated with thick savory gravy concentrated with seafood essence. Although the noodles are so tasty that you can eat it with just the chilli paste, they are served with fresh prawns, sotong, meat and egg.

What makes Yong Heng fried hokkien mee more outstanding than most others is the superior broth that it uses. Do give it a try if you haven't. 9/10.

      Unforgettable taste! Highly recommend!

I would say that this stall Hokkien Mee is the Best Hokkien Mee that I ever had tasted before! It tasted so delicious and mouthwatering. It is not oily at all. I could taste the freshness of the seafood. The hokkien mee was even more tasty when it comes with the chilli which they provided! Some stall their noodles that I had tried before, was either Too Dry or Too Soft!Unlike Other stalls, this stall Hokkien Mee is being done so perfectly!

I also recommend this place for:
