| My craving away from home
Yesterday was the only day my beef ramen soup was warm. Perhaps I was there late as it was near closing time. Everything came super fast, even the California Maki; correction it came instantly.
Other than that, the consistency has always been there but I would say that the branch at Takashimaya was a tad better.
My ritual is simple: Beef Ramen without even looking at the menu.
I've tried the Crayfish and the Seafood Ramen but nothing beats the BR. |

| Warm Soup
I ordered Kumamoto Ramen. Soup was warm. Unbelievable! Soup is a core of Ramen. It was warm. What happen? Is this Singapore style? My wife compared her soup to mine. Same temperature. Maybe this is their standard. This cannot be sold in Japan. No one visit. Taste was too salty without Umami as I know Tonkotsu soup is usually salty. But more than that. I never go again. |
