The Mediterranean can be crudely divided into three regions: North African (Morocco), eastern Mediterranean (Egypt, Greece, Israel, Lebanon, Syria, & Turkey), & Southern European (Italy, France, Spain).

The Mediterranean lifestyle is about taking the time to relax and enjoying the company of the people you care about. People from countries like Spain and Italy enjoy the best quality of life and one of the highest life expectancies.
