the food portion is big and very worth it for the price!

The famous Astons!

No queue here and food is served quite fast on a Saturday night maybe because its not that well known in the area yet.

Food was ok, not what i expected compared to Astons in Katong but comparable. Reason for lower rating for service as it is "coffee shop style". Same prices here to Astons in malls.

Fish fillet was the frozen fish and somehow when its not so hot, it tasted a bit bitter.. But still edible.

Steak is as usual good. Although medium rare was a bit more on the well done side. (ok, i'm trying to be picky) Somehow portion is a bit more generous den the Astons i went at Cathay (see review).

Was introduced to Astons from a Friend at their Serangoon Gardens Branch. Tried the rib-eye steak. Was having doubts about the price from coffeeshop stall.

After tasting it, was thinking that given the price and the quality of the meat. It surpass even some of the mid-budget resturants. The Chargrill Chicken was nicely grilled as well. Definitely worth trying it and the price is cheap consider the food that they offer.

However, at times u must wait for around 20 mins.
