The Tom Yam Gong was too spicy.. overall all the dishes were just so so. Not as good as it used to be. Very noisy. Not a good environment for family gathering. Had to scream on top of my voice to be heard. Service was a bit slow.
I had lunch with a friend on a Saturday afternoon. The restaurant was not crowded. We ordered Stir Fried Spicy Minced Chicken. The chicken is spicy enough to handle and has a home taste of "thailand" road stall that sells it. We also ordered other variety such as green curry chicken, tom yam seafood soup and mango salad. These few types of food is commonly found food in Thailand. It is nice to have food that lets you "travel" around the world. To end the meal how could I miss the mango sticky rice which is my all time favourite. Yummy. The pricing of food is reasonable and the food definitely wouldn't taste less flavorful compared to the other expensive Thai restaurants in town
Their pandan chicken and green curry are excellent. The portion for tapioca dessert was too small. The staff were attentive and friendly.I visited this restaurant at 6pm on a weekday. Only several tables were occupied but the staff squeezed everyone to one side of the restaurant, leaving all the other tables empty. They should try to spread us out to give us some space and make the restaurant look occupied.
