Located at Capital Square 3, Barpazza specialises in Fusion Cuisine, especially the fusion of their pizzas and pastas.
It didn't start well. The waitress rolled her eyes at me when I asked if we could get a takeaway. It took 30 mins to arrive (they take 5 mins to cook). What appeared didn't even resemble the picture on the menu - no cherry tomatoes or buffalo mozzarella just a handful of rocket thrown on top. I'm vegetarian and I swear this pizza has been in touch with pepperoni. I don't know why I'm surprised. If the kitchen is as clean as their bathroom, I'll be lucky to survive the day!
I ordered a Penne Carbonara for lunch with some friends. When i got tasted it, it tasted weird and rancid like white sauce god bad. When i pointed this to the waitress she told be that's how they cooked it. When i insisted that it might have gone bad, she took it back and said she will get a fresh one soon.
After waiting for 25 min while everyone else had finished their food I walked to the counter to pay. I told the manager that we have to leave as its a working day and offered to pay his immediate reaction was exactly this "Its not my fault. We have a lot of people." He then told me that the delay is because i sent my dish back and insisted that i caused the delay.
He did eventually removed my dish from the bill and we paid the balance.
Defiantly not the place i am ever going back to.
Just wanna let you guys know that Barpaza is a reccomanded place to dine in. To have lunch and have friends birthdays celebration. I usually go there thrice a month. The pizzas are crispy and thin crust. The hot dog buns are really hot and delicious. It' is very cosy there, and the staff is friendly, but still need improvement. Lastly, if you want to find a place to chill go there. Trust me, is a very good place to chat and chill with your friends.
