I tried The Grand Astor Tea in this magnificent French restaurant, with huge halls and exquisite paintings all around. Food is not too bad, but ambience is truly stunning.

Sip tea like a tai tai while savouring the scones with jam and sandwiches.

I spent $50 per person.

Must tries: scones

I also recommend this place for:
High Tea
