Had a dinner with my loved one there. The ambience was very good. Even though it is on top of a low rise hotel, the view of the surrounding area is quite nice. At a good spot, you can see a nice view of the CBD area. Setting wise, its quite nice and comfortable too. Food is decent. I had Filo Salmon and its nice! And its pretty value for money too! Service that was provided were good. Efficient service provided.

Definitely coming back to dine in this place in the near future!

Bring back Day-Beds!!! We miss it!!!

Yoaz people! Breeze is a very cool rooftop bar and restaurant on top of the Scarlet Hotel at 33 Erskine Road (hotel next to Maxwell Market).
Breeze, The Scarlet Hotel's exclusive Level 4 rooftop bar welcomes guests for relaxing evenings of decadent indulgence and the ultimate al fresco experience under the beautiful business district skyline. Rejuvenated during the hotel's extensive five-month facelift. Since July 14, Breeze is set to seduce with a swanky new look, an updated and exciting food menu,and an expanded drinks menu, featuring signature cocktails and an exclusive range of beer.   Mrupupup went on a food tasting (thanks to the friendly folks from PR communications!) and had a cool time trying the new menu. The food was very well prepared and yummy! Thanks to Chef!   Mrupupup tried the avocado tempura (awesome dish!), momotaro tomato salad (expensive Japanese yummy tomato  with fresh crabmeat), chicken wings with Korean bulgogi sauce BBQ (nicely grilled on the spot and yummy!), wagyu mini burger (Mrupupup's favourite dish), grilled chicken salad, korubuta pork belly with marmite sauce, grilled king mushrooms and grilled king prawns with herbs and cereal crust.   The food served was very yummy and delicious and to top off the dinner, Mrupupup had sweet endings of four small serving cups (dessert platter) of tiramisu, chocolate mousse cake, strawberry & cheese parfait and mango panna cotta.   Good points of Breeze, very cool place and with awesome views of the Chinatown area. Mrupupup also had their special cocktails of Foam Party (made of egg white on top) and Fore play (a drink with chocolate taste with Bailey's cream).   Go to the Breeze to enjoy the "breeze" with a cool glass of cocktail and enjoy the night away on the rooftop with great music (smooth jazz music).

Nice ambience with a view

Visited the place on a Thursday for a nice dinner date with bf. Smacked right beside ann siang, the place was as expected - laid-back and not commercial. The view was pretty decent but we were doing more people watching as the fellow diners seemed to make up of mostly tourists, possibly guests of scarlet hotel.

Service was attentive. The menu on the other hand seems to pale in comparison in terms of selection. I settled for Filo Salmon and my bf Red Snapper; and was honestly doubting we will be full from this.

The wait was acceptable and the portion was pleasantly big. I like the presentation of the Filo Salmon the most - the salmon is covered with an artistic crepe thin layer. Both fishes are well seasoned and we both like our dishes.

The red snapper is a whole fish btw with bones and all. So eat with care.

Overall nice experience. But we gathered it's a place we probably will visit once and that's it! :)
