Burgers, Wings and Fun and pure entertainment

Engaging the crowds are hyperactive boxers, and ring card girls who often appear during ‘half-times’ with placards featuring incredibly attractive offers from 1-for-1 deals to items going at $1 and more.

Amongst the varieties of wings I’ve tried, the Mozzarella Jumbo Wings slumbered most delightfully on my palate. Melty cheese oozes as you bite into the wings, which have been painstakingly deboned for maximised devouring pleasures.

The Pumpkin Crispy Rice Cake Burger Benedict will please Asian palates most. Served open faced, the angus beef patty is artfully assembled on a fragrant rice cake studded with pumpkin bits, topped with baby spinach and a perfectly wobbly poached egg.

The Tyson Peanut Butter Burger is a personal favourite, comprising Angus beef, streaky bacon, arugula leaves, peanut butter sauce, sunny side up egg, cheddar cheese and sun-dried tomato brioche bun. The patty gets an added boost of flavour from the specially concocted nutty and creamy peanut butter sauce that’s scattered with crushed peanuts for texture.Another highlight would be the Tapas & Dessert Buffet, costing only $4.90+ per adult and $3+ per child during lunch, and $7.90+ per adult and $5+ per child during dinner, with every main course purchased.

Peanut Butter Burger?

Came across this burger joint on the web and decidedly went to check it out with my friends. It is located at Orchard Central and you need to take the lift to get there. However, the place was easy to spot once you get out of the lift. The place is furnished with boxing stuff, like punching bag, gloves, etc. One food to recommend is the peanut butter burger. It sounds freaking weird, but it tasted surprisingly nice. It tasted like burger on the first bite, but there’s the tingly peanut butter aftertaste. The sides were also awesome, like the truffle fries and the wings.

Lunch promo worth the money

Went down with a bunch of colleagues for lunch and had their lunch sets as well as lunch promo - 4th diner free. The sets consisted of a choice from 3 burgers with a drink and fries with a $2 top up for extra choices of fries. I had the buttermilk chicken burger (ok) and cheese fries (pretty good). Service was ok but nothing to shout about and the place was not too crowded.

2 out of 3 isn't bad

We had a family dinner with the kids as we were around the area.  Had the Gutbuster burger promotion, some wings of course, and some mini burgers for the kiddies.  The Gutbuster as name suggests was indeed piled high including bacon, egg, and rolled up sausage!  The beef patty itself was acceptly moist and overall I would rate it better than expected.  We had medium and very spicy buffalo wings - the very spicy although spicy wasn't crazy like some others.  The wings overall were more creamy than tangy, and as I prefer my wings more tangy and spicy I would rate it worse than expected.  They had a good bar promtion for 1 for 1 beers - from 5-9 if i remember correctly which was welcomed.  The only real disappointment was that they didn't offer tap water or reasonably priced bottle water. Instread they sold italilian bottled water at $7+!  I found this very strange for a casual burger/wing/bar joint, almost insulting.  The imported beer ended up being the same price after the 1 for 1 discount!  All in all as the title suggests Burger and bar was above expectations and wings below hence 2 out of 3.  Oh and a big no no on the italian bottled water which almost ruined the whole experience.

Really average, nothing special

tl;dr the burgers are average, but factoring in the price of the food i would strongly recommend eating somewhere else.

The roof location for the restaurant does add to the experience but that is single most positive comment i can give. The restaurant is not unlike a typical bar or diner that you'll see in the UK or US (it is burgers and wings after all), but be prepared to pay restaurant prices for your experience, a meal with a drink(they don't water and a drink costs 5$), side+dessert would set you back more than $40.

As a burger lover, i tried both the tyson burger (with peanut butter) and a classic cheeseburger. I have to say that the classic beef burger was actually terrible, it left me really disappointed, it is definitely needs revisiting (imo this is a cardinal sin for any burger place). The peanut butter on the burger didn't taste bad at all, itwas a pleasant touch, but besides that little bit of spontaneity, no further effort was made to make it a house special, so basically what i got was a burger with regular sauces i can find at home, with peanut butter on a very average bun.
 Food taste was barely average.
