    Lunch today is at
    CHINATOWN BEEF NOODLES
    at Vivocity Food Republic

    Dry Beef Brisket Noodles
    I was quite disappointed with the plain looking dish
    There was no garnish or condiments
    Just noodles and beef brisket
    The noodles were over-cooked
    but the beef brisket taste fantastic, too the teeth and well-flavoured

    Beef Hor Fun
    A huge portion-size
    Tasty gravy
    This dish has good value for money

    Mutton Soup
    The soup is clear and refreshing
    Not cloudy yet rich in flavour
    Hints of herbs and wolfberries
    Mutton was tender, fresh and delicious
    Does not have the goat pungent
