    blackforest cake

    Their chocolate cakes are good! I like the chocolate truufle, chocolate mousse and the mango mousse. I wanted something different today thus i had the blackforest($6). I'm a die-hard fan of blackforest cakes so i might be biased here.

    The blackforest cake has chocolate mousse with generous amt of kirsh added. I like the smooth and velvety chocolate mousse. Cherries were generous too but they could add a little alcohol to the cherries. But at $6, who cares? At least 85% of the cake is chocolate mousse with kirsh and i like the chocolate shavings. I wish to have more of it.

    The staff who served me happens to be the one from the esplanade mall. I rmb her and she told me she is being posted to different outlets. Hope to see her again.
