This Fullerton Bay Hotel restaurant with its chic, contemporary decor, ten-metre-high floor-to-ceiling windows and waterfront views make it a desirable spot for a weekend brunch buffet. Luckily, the food does not disappoint either. Saturdays are for eating your way out of a hangover with a hearty spread of steak and eggs, Belgian waffles, burgers and forever-crisp shoestring fries, truffle omelette with gourmet salads, antipasti and desserts. Wash all this down with the restaurant’s own concoction of Bloody Mary. Sundays are devoted to more bubbly, and all you can eat of a semi-buffet that features dishes like a foie gras terrine, salads, quiches, oysters, poached live prawns, Boston lobster, freshly-carved roasts and pasta cooked a la minute.
