Pizza was always good here until today. The crust was wet and soggy yet the bottom was burnt; a supermarket pizza is gourmet compared to this pizza. The cheese was unevenly distributed and there wasnt enough tomato sauce, which adds on to the mystery of a soggy crust. We had two pizzas and both were disgusting. The staff/manager there was extremely blase about it when I informed her of this, seems our business is not needed there. We wont be returning to Etna anymore, very sad and disappointed as it was a nice neighborhood restaurant to grab a pizza at.
Etna's in Siglap is a fairly laid back family oriented restaurant. I usually frequent the restaurant with a group of friends and the food in general is good.
I highly recommend the Pistachio Tiramisu. It is to die for although the portions seem to be getting smaller.
The Seafood Mariana is usually good but my last encounter was bland. The tomato sauce had no flavour to it and needed quite a lot of help. Otherwise, the lasagna there is a good bet.
The team at Etna's really blew me away today. They took my last minute order for a large piece of pistachio tiramisu and helped me plate it (to-go) for my brother's birthday. Thanks very much Yunos and team!
Also, had the spaghetti vongole last week - that was fabulous.
Came here for a casual Sunday lunch. This is fine dining in a residential area. Really liked the 3 mains that my family ordered. This was the linguine granchio, with generous amounts of crabmeat, a soft shell crab with a nice savory tomato sauce base. The porcini risotto was done not too creamy, with the porcini mushroom melting in our mouths together with cheese flakes, and its flavor brought out in the dish. We also ordered the house special, home-made trophie with scallops and pan-seared seabass. Though this was 10+ bucks more expensive than the other 2 dishes, I thought it's worth the price. Truly a Mediterranean dish, the bell peppers went well with seafood aglio-olio style. Would come again definitely, as this place serves quality authentic Italian food with affordable prices compared to what u'd find in the cbd. great service n ambience to match any fine dining restaursnt too!
Service there was superb and professional. Food was great especially the ravioli! Went there for a birthday dinner and was plesantly surprised by the waiter placing a candle on a cake that we bought. It was a really nice gesture and it definitely made our day: ) Will definitely go there again if we have the chance!
yet another Italian restaurant I've been to. Probably one of my top 3 italian dining place in singapore. 3 times and 3 different types of pasta. Do go if you're in the mood for good italian food. pasta made the italian way and good service. Desserts are also quite nice. Bit far from the city center but worth going.

I really enjoyed this place a lot. I had their Norcina pizza and this is definitely recommended! This comes with a truffle base and it is so good! The truffle taste was so strong because they used a paste instead of just truffle oil. This is definitely recommended. You won't be disappointed, especially if your a truffle fan.
I also tried their ravioli with spinach and ricotta cheese filling. This wasn't particularly fantastic but it just average. Decent enough. You should try their wines though! I thought they were really good! Their dessert wines are really sweet and definitely suits someone with a sweet tooth like me.
