Flavours ‘n’ Spices Peranakan Cuisine has grown every year since our inception in 1988.
We have now a Catering Manager, Catering Supervisor and Event Consultant as well as a dining facility and event venue at the Changi Sailing Club in the East.
It’s owner Sam Dela Rosa who’s passion is to share others with food, and together with team of dedicated and professional staff is responsible for all your catering need and ensuring your event runs smoothly and without a hitch.
In addition to the finest food, Flavours ‘n’ Spices Peranakan Cuisine offers its clients a wide range of other services, from sourcing catering venue to organising various theme parties such as Peranakan Theme Event (which is regularly hosted at the Peranakan Museum), Wedding Anniversary, Birthdays and Beach Party.
