Consistent Nice Chicken and Abit Hard Rice

Eaten this multiple times and standard is always consistent...love the soup(who cares if it is full of msg but it is still nice) and the meat...even the breast meat is tender and soft...and the rice is tasty though most of the times it may have the fragrance but still tough...sometimes i wonder if it is unripe...but then they have this xfactor that makes me feel like wanting to go back again to patronize

too sweet

This place does not serve Hainanese Chicken Rice. The meat has too sweet an after-taste and the rice is too dry. Also, the meat of the chicken lacks firmness and is too chewy.

The only one upside is that it offers good service at the hawker centre, but that is not enough for me to justify a return.

Very good chicken

The Chicken (half for $9) is succulent and juicy. While the Rice ($0.50 per plate) isn't super tasty or aromatic enough to eat on its own, it does set up as a very nice backdrop to the kickass chilli and garlic. If you're sitting on the same floor as this stall, they will serve this to you. Otherwise, it's self-serviced style. The portions are a little small but it's so cheap anyways you might as well get the whole chicken portion if you're a big eater
