This American chain restaurant needs no introduction. Just look at the jaunty 1961 Cadillac hanging over the main entrance. The restaurant serves hearty American meals and live music in roughly equal proportions.

Rocking Fajitas

20 Apr 2009
Fajitas rock. Nice juicy slab of beef on a bed of sauteed onions and capsicum served with an accompanying bed of iceberg lettuce, shredded cheese, cubed fresh tomatoes and 2 heart-stopping scoops of sour cream and avacado each.

Wrap the works in the soft totillas, and a nice lunch to chase away the Monday blues. The slab of beef could be bigger though, as rationing of meat per roll would be required if one were to finish all 4 wraps.

Sigh... if they only had the fajitas as part of the Hard Rock Recession set lunch promotion.

    With the Boss

    01 Apr 2008
Had my first Lunch at my First Hard Rock at the first new Terminal in Singapore that I was involved in (just a teensy little back-ground worker).

Roy was just the most endearing boss ever and that's where I first got to know Simran a little better(not to mention our gal bonding session recently)

I chose the Fish and Chips and Simran, being Vegan had a generous serving of their salad.

I tell you, their portions are BIG or should I say, Aussie sized as I fondly remembered when I spent my holidays at Melb and Sydney as a kid.

Loved the Strawberry Daiquiri for a Lunch cocktail. And if you love Heart (Band in the 80s), you'll dig the autographed guitar of Heart's frontwoman on their display wall...

Do wait for their release of the T3 Souvenir Bear, all dressed up in the Pilot uniform... Wait. Is it already out?

    p/s and If you're wondering why I said $0, it was a treat! =D

    : Their wide cocktail selection

I also recommend this place for:
