Hosoi Teppanyaki House

this is the first time my bf n i went to this teppanyaki resturant at suntec city B1..

the food overall were not bad.. acceptable to mi..but i hate their lemon tea included in the set meal.. (it's really jus lipton tea and a piece of lemon in it!! no taste of lemon tea at all!)

but i find that their service were good... bcos, the set we ordered, it includes prawn in it. when the prawn was served to us, i realised that the prawn were not fully cooked!

i told the teppanyaki chef in front of us.. (he did not cook this prawn for us) we were expecting that he would jus take the prawn back to the teppan to cook the prawn again, but to our surpise.. he did not!! he told his staffs to get 2 new prawns for him to cook, and..... he compensate us with teppanyaki salmon (FOC)!!! WOw..

the salmon really taste good.. and this chef who cooked the salmon for us, he really unlike other teppanyaki chef, cos.. he'll do setting for the dish he's cooking.. he'll arrange nicely..

while we were ab to finish our food.. a couple sat in to have their food as well.. the staffs prepared the ingred. for the chef to cook...

cook n cook.. and we saw him cooking a sirlion steak.. and served to the couple who jus came.. the couple ate it and ask: "is this beef or chicken?? we ordered the chicken set meal, not steak!! we were puzzled how come there's a red meat u were cooking and we thought it could be belonged to someone else..."

the chef checked his receipt and said, it was written sirlion steak set meal.. so.. the chef told his staffs quietly to prepare a new chicken drumstick.. and cook.. he apologised to the couple and said he'll replace their order...

my bf and i felt that this chef, his service and attitude is good!! once he finish cooking, he'll actually bowed to all of us infront of him and say thank you and enjoy ur food!! we give a *thumb up* to this chef!! his name is Alvin.. =D
