Ever since I had a taste of the wings, from that onwards, it's must to-order whenever I goes there. The wings were so crispy and so tasty full of prawn paste in marinated.  And together with the cooling beer to gobble down.  It was really shiok.

Not to be missed, they have another specialty is the pizza, thin and crispy too.  The only letdown is the place is abit rundown and also crowded, hard to get a good seats sometimes.

I feel like I'm getting old. Places like this are now too noisy and packed and what else can I complain about... Seriously though ICB has a vibrant atmosphere and very fair drinks prices, so always seems a good crowd with both expat and local types. For the snack food, I think the chicken wings are a bit overhyped and greasy. Pizza is a better choice. But mostly I like the drinks with Stella and London Pride on tap (at $24/jug of Stella and $11/pint of LP) it's a good deal, but be prepared for some noise! Service I marked down a little after not being given my change, and remembering half an hour later, going back to counter and being given it straight away without even asking. Looked to me like they were hoping I'd forget, but would have been nice to walk over and give me the change. Also the waitress just absentmindely smashed a pint glass on the beer taps right in front of us, which was bizarre! Fortunate no-one got hurt.

    Must tries: beer!

I think Esquire needs to head down to ICB before reviewing the winner for the BEST chicken wings (Cos I think ICB wins hands-down!). Don't miss out on their thin crusted QP pizza as they are all droolicious! Friendly staff always ready at your calling too!

Must tries: Chicken Wings, QP Pizza, Ice cold beer!

Went to Ice Cold Beer on a Friday night with friends. They do not entertain reservations on a Friday night, so we have to try our luck in getting a table/seat that day.

Sure enough, the place was packed, so we went to the second level and found a standing place for all 5 of us.

They have happy hours till 9pm. 2 bottles of Budweiser cost only $12. After happy hours, all the bottled beers are $12 and above.

We ordered 4 bottles of Budweiser, 1 long island ice tea, 1 salami pizza and large chicken wings before the 9pm, and 2 Hoegarden, 1 Corona, 1 long island ice tea and 1 Ice Cold Beer pizza after the happy hours.

I would say that the drinks are pricey after 9pm, so do order early.

Their pizzas are good! The crust is thin and crispy and savory. This is a must-try item if you like thin crust pizzas.

Ice Cold Beer pizza is not bad. The prawns are fresh and "crunchy". But this pizza is not as savory as the salami pizza.

As for the chicken wings, they are well marinated and juicy. The skin is very crispy and meat is tender. It has the prawn paste taste, we guessed it is marinated with prawn paste. This goes very well with the beers!

The ambience is not bad. On level 2, they have tables and stools area, sofas area, standing area and 2 pool tables. I suggest that if you are not playing pool, stay away from the standing area near the pool table. It gets quite irritating to give way to people playing pool and sometimes you might get "poked" by their cue sticks.

They uses rope and bucket to fetch drinks which they don't have on the level 2 bar.

General crowd is between age 25-45 with a mix of ex-pats.

Service is good. They regularly go around to clear empty bottles and plates. But due to the large crowd, it may take a while (~20mins) for the food to be served. But since the food is good, it's worth the wait.

    Must tries: Chicken wings, pizzas

There are two ways to earn a MBA. First, you can go to school for two years, or, you can have lots of beers here in one sitting and earn a Masters In Beer Appreciation.

One of the many little shop fronts, I have been here several times. A simple setting, it is a good place to catch up with the boys. For the ladies who do not want to put on unnecessary calories, wine is available too at $11 a glass.

Service is generally efficient, and the staff even offered to charge my nokia handphone when they realised that my phone ran out of battery. Give that man a beer!

I went there with a group of my friends last wek.

The four cheeze pizza was the best ever. I ordered 2 and i only manage to grab 1 piece. The ckicken wing is something special. It's the sauce they use i think but it's nice.

Bartender was freidnly and fun. Service was great!

They have games like popping 4 bottles within 4 seconds and it's on the house. Very good idea!Though i dare not give it a shot.

I have been looking for good pizza in Singapore since I arrived. Finally, I have found something worth eating. The pizza is not sweet! For those of you who are ex-pats I repeat. The pizza is NOT sweet! Yeaa! You can actually eat it and enjoy it. The four cheese pizza is almost as good as ones I ate in NY. Seriously, its that good. Plus they have Hoegaarden on tap. The chicken wings are fantastic and the mini burgers are okay they need some improvement - maybe top them with chili?

Anyway, the only complaint I have is it gets busy early. So if you want a table show up before 7 and don't take the seat by the window. That is mine!

    Must tries: Four cheese pizza

Watching my ever expanding FULL figure, i decided to give the NEW TAP on the HOUSE: Fuller's London Pride a go... (so apt: drinking beer encourages expanding pot bellies)

Nice and creamy, with a thick head, this deep gold ale is a suprise. Not as intense as Kilkenny, it's a bit like Boddingtons though still more crisp. A touch of bitter when the drink hits the end of the throat. *nice!* Hush Hush this is cheaper than Hoegaarden ($19 per pint) this is only $11 per pint!

For Tetleys, Boddingtons lovers, give it a go... At least it is on the tap you know....

*oh yeah, the famed chicken wings went up in price... the "xiao2 chee1" is now $9 instead of $8.*

Must tries: xiao chee..... little chicken... i love you fried chicken!

I've been to this place to chillout for about 3 times already. Besides the usual beer that we order, we usually go for the chicken wings which are really juicy and tasty.

Beer - opt for the promo or happy hour

    asahi (3 bottles for $20)

    hoegarden pint ($14)

    Chicken wings half dozen ($9)

I've tried pizza once, and beef burgers once, not too bad, but I still prefer the chicken wings.

The food takes a while though, but I love the ambience. It's a good place to chillout.

On average, I spent about $30-$40 per person, depending on how much you drink and eat.

    Must tries: chicken wings

Its one of me and girlfriend's favourite chill-out places. For an ideal Fri chill-out nite:

    1) Reach before 630pm to get a seat indoors. For outdoors, I think about 7pm.

    2) Order the famous juicy, succulent chicken wings and crispy, thin-crust pizza.

Unlike other pub food, these are really good. In fact, these are so good that I eat them as dinner not out of convenience, but cos its a nice, satisfying dinner.

    3) Order beer. I'm easy with beer, so I usually order what is on special offer.

Then enjoy the music, the beer, the food, and abit of pool and you have a happy, relaxing Fri night.

    Must tries: Chicken Wings, Pizza
