Reviews for Ikoi Japanese Restaurant

Who doesn't love cheap and good buffet?

This is by far one of the better Japanese buffet I went in Singapore. They have a wide selection and yes being a typical Singaporean, I attacked the sashimi. And alot of it.
- Salmon Sashimi
- Ika
- Swordfish Sashimi
- Fresh Prawns (additional charge)

Their soup is very well done too. and not forgetting the handrolls. Yes will visit again cause its only $40 ++ per pax where you can eat till you drop :)

Bad food, slow service

Sashimi was served at room temperature. Tempura tasted powdery. Sushi was bland and drenched in mayo. Service was slower than watching paint dry. The only thing edible was the grilled mackeral. Totally not worth the money. Sakae sushi standard at best. Momoya is way better than this.

Sashimi is fresh but everything else is normal,
Nothing to shout about.
Plus the space is so cramp and cant find a service staff to order.

Don't waste your money

The restaurant looked Japanese.  Ordered sashimi (salmon, tai & yellow tail) & a few other dishes.  Do not have much in the menu.  2nd round ordered sashimi again.  Waited 20 minutes & waitresses ignoring our table though we made hand-signal to them. Another 10 minutes it arrived but the sashimi was not completely defrozed.  Never to come to this restaurant again!
