Awesome pizzas

02 Jul 2012
A classy stall in a food center. I tried my usual order anywhere - Seafood Marinara.

I found the taste ok but nothing to shout about. My hubby ordered his usual pizza and THAT was something to shout about. Something about the cheese they use that is very savory and fragrant. Very yummy indeed. Far surpass their seafood marinara.

Will definitely return for pizzas!!

I also recommend this place for:

Lunch, Dinner, Large Groups/Gathering, Children/Family, Vibrant/Noisy, Alfresco/Outdoor Dining

    Italian food at Coffeeshop Prices

    01 Jul 2012
    Full iL Piccolo review here

iL Piccolo follows the trend of "Western Food at Coffeeshop Prices", only in their case, it's Italian food. An pretty good Italian food too, with a quality that is comparable to Pastamania. Having said that, the quality of food at iL Piccolo is definitely not the high-end kind you would get at La Nonna or Les Amis.

I also recommend this place for:

    Lunch, Dinner, Large Groups/Gathering, Children/Family, Vibrant/Noisy

I didn't expect such a good value-pizzeria in an industrial complex between a canal and a highway.

    14 Jun 2011
Think of Pizza Hut and Domino's? Well, think again: If you happen to live around Toa Payoh or Bishan, you may just as well drop by at this pizzeria in a food court weirdly located between Braddell road and one of those canals.

Compared to other brands, they have decent cheese toppings and fresh and rich toppings. What is more, they also do calzone.

I also recommend this place for:

Supper, Cheap Eat/Budget, Dinner, Children/Family, After Work, Chillout, Vibrant/Noisy
