You walk into a place, and get served roasted papad with mango chunda - you know it is authentic.
We loved a lot of things about this place - The location, the dim lighting, the mini red candles, the potpourri and the ever smiling service.
Ordered a Mirchi Aloo dish, which had an average of two green chilli per serving ( one kebab). Teary eyes, indeed.
The Zafrani Kofta was rich, semi sweet and had a saffron based sauce. Just as it should be.
Pudina Paratha was soft, butter laden and perfectly spiced!
The lemon soda comes with a top up soda, and the mango lassi was classy!
Over all, it is a great place to try at Holland V. If you are Indian and eat out at Little India every week, head out to Crust Pizza at the mexican place down the street :)
