I am usually skeptical of Japanese restaurants like this but this proved otherwise. It was quite authentic to true Japanese style and the cooking was homely and good. The selection of raw fish isn't big but they are adequate and fresh.
I usually order the sashimi don and the best fish is the hamachi (yellow tail) which was fatty enough.
I do like their cooked dishes too and they used to have a daily bento but not anymore.
Generally I think the standard here is better than sushi tei and is a hidden find!
