my parents' hangout
May 26, 2009My parents love it here. They love the coffee & the fries. it can get a little noisy outside near the counter because of promotions going on, so if you like peace & quiet(like me), you can choose to go inside.
I've tried the corn soup(which was recommended to me by my bro, who was in turn introduced to it by his friend(word of mouth)) & I love it!! Pour a whole sachet of pepper into it & stir then slowly drink it. it's piping hot! their pepper is very shiok, very power ar!! just the right size for a cup. I've also tried the calm chowder, which I've to say has a pretty strong smell. there're also bits of carrots & potato & calms you can eat. For me, I feel that the best way to enjoy their fries is to ip it in the soup & then pop it in your mouth.
