| Hokkien Fried Mee (a wetter version than some places)
Nam Sing Hokkien Fried Mee 南星福建虾面 been in the Old Airport Road hawker center for sometime now. The uncle wears safety googles while whipping up his fare. The fried prawn mee here is a slightly damp/wet version but ultimately flavourful. They are one of my lunch time favourite when I happen to pop by Old Airport Road. Delicious!
Its worth a 30~40mins wait! Anyway you won't be the only one waiting :)
For dinner you have to visit the stall early. Don't think they work late in the night. I think they close at 630pm or 7pm.
