Overall, good service
Aug 1, 2007I went to Jurong Point branch for dinner on a weekday. It is rather crowded. I waited at the entrance for about a min and a young lady attended to me. She told me if I make a reservation. I told her no and she asked me if it is ok to wait for less than 10 mins. I said ok. Then she said something I feel a bit not good is :"Can you please go there and wait?". Woah.... Any way, I am not angry or what. Just feel she can make it sounds nicer. 5 mins past and she walked to me and asked me again if I made a reservation. I refresh her mind and she quickly usher me to a seat.
When seated down, a guy quickly come and ask for our order. Ha patiently waited for us and give suggestion. He even offered to change some items for another item as we feel those are too much for us.
The food is served quite fast though it is crowded with people. My fork is dirty and I told one staff. She looks very apologetic and change a new one without fuss. However, there is hiccup. They served the wrong pizza to us and we have to wait for quite a while before the correct one is served. But overall, the staffs are fast, prompt, polite and friendly.
The food portion is a lot and taste quite nice for the fondue meal. The cream of chicken is quite bland though. Garlic bread tastes nice. Overall, the set meal is worth the money.Must Tries

another good service experience =)
Jan 9, 2008brought a few of my friends over for a mini birthday celebration for one of them. =) the staff ushered us over to a corner booth seat. most probably coz there were 5 of us la. =) it had a very cosy ambience and since we were craving for pizza. that's why we chose the place. =)
hmmmz. let's see. we ordered 3 of the student meals. chicken neapolitan. chicken ole baked rice. and beef lasagne. 2 set meals of basil crayfish and surfer's choice. side orders of 1 regular hawaiian pan pizza. 3 plates of add-ons of sweet and spicy drumlets. and also a hut's ocean platter. hahaha. sounds like a lot rightz? but we finished them all! =D
the standard of the food's ok. nothing very fantastic. i had the basil crayfish. but it was a bit bland for me. =(
the service was what made it stood out against other outlets. the staff were really attentive although we were sitting right in the corner. and they juz made us feel at home. we felt welcome and enjoyed ourselves eating lo. =)Must Tries
