it was a off peak period of 330pm on friday and there were only a few tables occupied.

 

-staff were gathered in a corner talking and we could not catch their attention for 5 mins. we have to walk over to their group to tell them our order.

 

-drink and soup took 10 mins to arrive.

 

-our side dish of honey roasted wings was forgotton.

 

-no sense of urgency, staff took their own sweet time to stroll over to us.

 

- staff used left over drink from glass to pour on table to use as cleaning agent.

 

-bill came fast, but change took more than 10 mins when the restaurant was totally empty.

 

-we had to remind staff about our change.

 

-a NEW bill was actually presented to us when we had already paid and was still waiting for our change.

 

never had such service before. thank you pizza hut for saving my money. i will most probably not patronise you anymore and you may be sure that i will spread the word of your horrendous service. hardly any CRM is seen.

 

Try their Vegi piza.. it nice.. it a must order for me when i go pizza hut.

nothing beats a good service, a nice ambiance and that perfect meal. i'm not really a fan of the pizza so i usually order something else. like chicken royale, which is good, sumptuous, plenty of cheese and no more boring rice here. my kid can eat it too since it is not spicy and fragrant. she like everything tasty. going to pizza hut is nice since the whole family can enjoy.
