Hidden Gem with Great Value

We bought Groupon vouchers for this restaurant and were pleasantly surprised at the quality and value of the food.  The seafood were good and the meats expertly done and so were the desserts.  The food we enjoyed were
1) Abalone (though small) was tender and well done.
2) Bird Nest dessert - not too sweet yet enjoyable.
3) Poached prawns - fresh
4) Fried Crispy fish - crispy and fresh
5) Scallops and asparagus - good
6) Roasted pork - skin was very crispy, restaurant's specialty.
7) Roasted duck - tender and another specialty
8) Putien bee Hoon - very good.
9) Durian pudding - had durian pulp in it, restaurant's sspecialty
i would certainly recommend this restaurant for its value and high quality of food.

A very stingy 'buffet'!

Bought groupon vouchers for this restaurant after reading good reviews but totally disappointing. They never mention that almost half the dishes in the menu is limited to 1 order ,even inexpensive things like roated pork etc. What's worse is they gave 6 pieces of pathetic roast pork to 5 of us. And the salmon sashimi is worse , 5 pieces of super thinly slice (u can almost see through) for 5 person., that's 1 piece per pax. I mean if its something too expensive for u to provide then just take it away from the menu. I'm in the F& B line also so I think one shouldnt run a business like that and as an established group they should know what buffet really is. They overall taste of the other dishes are average only. They defeated the purpose of selling groupon if their intention is to advertise cos definitely this will be my last visit.

Tried the ala carte buffet. I must say that it is very value for money. Many dishes to choose from. I especially like the putien beehoon and intestines. Durian puddings are to die for! very worth it as I get to eat abalones and birds nest too.
