a good place to visit if you like soba. only regret was not able to taste the 'white' soba was sold out. when asked whats the difference between the normal and white soba, staff replied : 'erm., i dont know how to say. my manager say its taste is better.' now im thinking why wasnt they trained or tasted their products, especially if its a place famed for handrolled soba.

As expect from a soba place! Authentic Jap taste, handmade and yummy! Tasty tempura selection, cooked to perfection. The side dish Tamago ($7.20) was a little pricey. Sashimi as good as it can get. However I found the clam broth a little too salty for my liking.

Shimbashi Soba!

Freshly handmade soba without any artificial flavouring is delicious and has a smooth texture. Popularity of restaurant usually gathers a queue of Japanese and local patrons. Restaurant deco is simple and limited in spaces, characteristically of a typical Japanese restaurant. Its worth a try!

SOBA FANS

The freshly hand made healthy soba was simply great! Eat it chilled or in hot soup. It got its fresh and crunchie Q-Q taste and the price is reasonable. It's the best place to go for SOBA fans :)
