The meal (a part of #wgs2014) presented several hits, revisited Spanish classics, Some Asian flavours and a whole lot of surprising textures. SKIRT's appeal lies in the details, the staff's aprons are leather as are the placemats. The cutlery is excellent and the salt and pepper shakers look like primitive tusk
