At master chef Sergi Arola's media luncheon at the W Singapore. The meal (a part of #wgs2014) presented several hits, revisited Spanish classics, Some Asian flavours and a whole lot of surprising textures. Our top picks - a tuna blanquette (seafood stew in white sauce) with vegetables and a sphere of gazpacho that bursts in the mouth. $288 per person. Available till 2nd April.

SKIRT's appeal lies in the details, the staff's aprons are leather as are the placemats. The cutlery is excellent and the salt and pepper shakers look like primitive tusk
