Starbucks Coffee (Shaw Towers)

A cosy and peaceful place especially after working hours. The staff are friendly and one thing i like about the staff is that they can remembered you and when was your last visit. Also they do keep an eye on your laptop if you need to go the the gents or ladies

Food wise, the cakes are nice and the sandwiches are nice too. Recommend the cappuccino cheesecake and the bagel with morazella cheese, tomatoes and rocket leaves. (a bit bitter but the combine flavour of the cheese and tomatoes tend to blend well)

Located on Beach Road in Shaw Towers, I enjoy holding work meetings here or have post meeting Ice Vanilla Latte as I find the place to be rather relaxing. Some may find that their Ice Vanilla Latte is a little diluted with milk and may want to ask for more coffee in the mix.

While I still prefer the Concourse branch, I would come to this location if I am too lazy to walk down the road.

Service is enthusiastic.

This outlet is one of my favourite store to visit
beside Tampines Mall.
Their staff are very friendly and helpful.

I remembered one occassion when my very difficult friend
ordered a funny orange drink (which was on promotion, then)
and regretted, claimed that it did not taste as good as he expected.

So I went to the counter and told the male malay barista if he could dilute it a bit or something
He willingly offer to beverage change FREE-OF-CHARGE!

Also, they used to have these used coffee grinds
that you can take home to use as fertilisers.
In a couple of occasions, I purchased my coffee and
they caught me looking at the grind,
the staff would start introducing and recommended the grinds
which was supposedly environmental friendly.

This is the kind of store I want to visit,
definitely not the one at Citylink
where the staff can chat while making my drink
and give me a wrong order.
After 5 days, give me a coffee voucher as Service Recovery.

I can afford my own coffee!
I just do not return to stores which provide bad service.
