Subway @ Raffles City Shopping Centre (A Vegetarian Friendly Shopping Mall without Pure Vegetarian E

In some of the eateries globally, the preparation of vegetarian food is as much a priority as meat and fish dishes. Besides, offering meat dishes, there is an extensive array of vegetarian or vegan creation.  Are there such eateries in Food Crazed Singapore? Maybe YES, but where are they?

Subway is a non-vegetarian fast food eatery which includes two or three vegetarian choices which do not strictly meant for vegetarians but meat eaters who might want something that tastes fresh and light and healthy, I guess. Wish there were more vegetarian choices.

However, glad to find something simple and yet vegetarian.  Veggie Sandwich with honey mustard sauce from Subway was good and healthy afternoon snack when we do not feel like eating much.

With Subway outlets opening everywhere in Singapore, so if you are a vegetarian or vegan, you can be assured that there is something you can eat at Subway - eat alone, with vegetarians or meat-eaters.

Little note:  Raffles City Shopping Centre is a Vegetarian Friendly Shopping Centre - Cedele, Out-of-The-Pan, Aerin's etc all have a vegetarian option listed on their menu. MOS Burger - Yes, if not that strict.

Food and drinks at this branch is similar or same as other outlets but it is very hard to find tables/seats here.Waited for 20 mins once and there was still no empty tables, could have finished another meal elsewhere for that 20mins.

Small but busy branch

This is one of the busiest outlets I've come across. there's always a queue, though the staff are fast. Most people order takeaway though, as there are WAY little seats. there're some metal poles, so queues are very organised. you can see the stall right after you get out of the train station and down the escalator. I like to order takeaway just before I go home, as it's just a few metres away from the station, and service is quick.

need more space

going here during weekdays lunch hour can be a night mare. the queue is as long as it could be, no seats left since they only provide like 8 of them. but all the standard expected from Subway is here, the freshly baked and toasted breads, the meats, veggies (no more jalapeno now) and sauce. the staff looks stressful and very busy. i know this place is making big bucks, i hope the owner would make some improvement here to help with the queue and seating arrangement.
