No doubt one of the titans in chinese dining

Full marks for the service. I guess thats what you get at the ritz whether at the restaurant or at the lobby or any part of the hotel as long as you cross paths with a ritz staff.

Went there with mum and Aunty's family to treat them for Mother's day lunch last saturday. Had tim sum and ala carte orders. I regret that I over ordered although the food quality was good. The waiters and waitress were very well trained. I really like to commend the service of this waiter which I guess is from china. He was assigned to serve our table only. He refils the tea and changes the plates at the right time without annoying us. And I always hear him say this while doing it..."Excuse me...""Sorry..." Really really live up to the reputation of the RITZ

Siew mai
Har kow
Steamed Yam Cake
Fried yam with pumpkin
Prawn roll with cheese
Char Siew Pau

Peking Duck
Stir fried duck meat with chestnut, green/red bell peppers eaten with fresh lettuce
Spanish with 3 kinds of egg.
Fried fish noodles with scallop japanese style.

See the items above and its for 6 of us. We left the restaurant bloated. Spent about $200 after taxes and tea. Food quality was almost near to perfect espically the duck meat with lettuce and fish noodles.

Must Tries: Fried Fish noodles

Classic Chinese Food with Fantastic ambience

Visited SP with wife for dinner and had reserved a table for our anniversary. Met an old friend there.

Food/Beverage: Shark cartilage soup, lamb chop, cod fish, toufu with seafood. Although we ordered the cartilage soup, our friend had it changed to his specially made buddha jump over the wall soup. He had brought his own scallops, abalone and jellyfish maw to prepare the soup. Needless to say we were satiated after drinking the soup and had to rest a while before proceeding with the others. The lamb chop (one piece) was fantastic, soft and well marinated with a hint of "Chinese" in it, unlike the western lambchop. We each ordered the lobster noodles and I ordered the crab noodles. Both were delicious and affordable to eat it more frequently in the future. The vegetables were wonderful and to top it all they gave us a lovely anniversary cake to end the evening. They even waved the corkage charges for one bottle - we enjoyed our wine too!!

Ambience: Quiet table, clean surroundings, unobstrusive waiters, overlooking the entrance - ideal for an anniversary dinner.

Value: On the high side but the quality of the food counts for many points in the value statement.

Service: Top class - highly recommended for the fastidious diner.

Must Tries: Lobster and Crab noodles, Lamb chop

Great service, refined dim sum

Nothing much to say except that the service at any Ritz Carlton always blows you away and enhances your dining, hotel experience. The service was prompt. We went there on Sunday for dim sum. They have a nice twist to their refined, though limited dim sum menu. For example, the panfried radish cake is wrapped in seaweed and then deep fried. It was actually really good. Their har gow also has juicy shrimps inside with pieces of bamboo shoots.
Would go back because the food is refined and the service makes you feel like a million bucks.
