One of the worst service staffs ever!

This restaurant outlet has one of the worst service ever! Went with my friend who has 2 kids. While waiting to be seated, a Filipino (I assume manager) tried to explain to us why we couldn't get a seat, which was pretty ridiculous as there were empty seats. Seems like she was trying to chase us out. After we said that we'll wait, we hot a seat shortly. Thought she said no seats?! Fine. Next, a bespectacled plump male served us our water, and we realized there were not enough seats. This is the most ridiculous part, he was actually arguing with us on why we cannot get an extra chair for a 6 yr old kid. Gave lame excuses like if we ordered the sizzling pan, might burn the child. WHAT?! so we're supposed to let the kid sit on the floor is it?! After arguing with us for quite some time, he just shrugged his shoulders and rolled his eyes but did came back with an extra chair. Throughout the whole time we were there, he and the Filipino staff kept on giving us looks, we felt extremely uncomfortable, and tried to finish asap and leave. In my whole life, I have never experienced such an unpleasant, uncomfortable dining experience. Really? Arguing over an extra chair?! SERIOUSLY?! I suggest avoiding this outlet at all costs. If u really want Swensens, go to another outlet or Cafe Cartel or some other restaurant. Unbelievably horrible attitude from staff here.

ut not so nice experience here since the staff is so-so. the fish and chips is good, the chips is usual but the fish is juicy inside. the kids menu also okay, but i think my girl like their dessert menu better than the meal.

The staffs were not very attentive. My friend and I had to wait for money than 5 minutes to be served when the restaurant was pretty empty. We had to wait another 15 minutes before the staff came and took our orders. Also, our repeated requests for iced water were rudely ignored. The restaurant is rather cozy with a section near the entrance having nice cushioned seats. I quickly requested to sit there and it was so comfortable throughout the entire meal. The salmon spaghetti that I had costs about $18 after tax and was definitely worth the money. Portion was small and taste was average.
