I have tried the food of table manner few weeks ago, found the food is acceptable, so I decided to bring my family of six to the restaurant this Sunday and booked through their e-service, which was comprehensive and detailed, it even asked for confirmation of outdoor/indoor seating!
To my horror, a staff of table manner called me this afternoon and asked whether I can change to outdoor seating as they accepted a booking of the whole indoor seating for a function.
I was disappointed as table manner sent me a confirmation sms with a reservation number at 10:29 of 20 Mar 2014.
I tried to accommodate by asking the staff to assure me that the condition of outdoor seating is bearable, as a Singaporean, we know the condition of outdoor seating very well.
The staff could not assure me and asked her manager to talk to me.
The attitude of the manager is terrible, instead of persuading me to help, asked me to take it or she will cancel my reservation.
Guys, if you want to dine at this restaurant, make sure you book the whole indoor seating, as table (manner) can help you to kick out all of the rest to please you!!
