it's got my no.1 favorite ramen in singapore - the original kyushu ramen... yes! super rich broth with just the right amount of toppings and the barbeque pork is really good on it's own. not to mention the egg is just the perfect kind for ramen - hard boiled on the outside but golden, soft, running yolk inside. love the dollop of spicy mentaiko as a topping... dee-lish!
