Tawandang Microbrewery, established in 1999 in Bangkok and has ranked world's number 1 Thai and German Restaurant in the World by Time Magazine in 2003.

Every night, thousands of both locals and international customers fill up over 4000 seats at 2 separate branches in Bangkok to celebrate good times by eating delicious food, drinking smooth beer, and enjoying lively shows.
 
Tawandang Microbrewery offers authentic Thai cuisine such as Tom Yum Prawn, Pad Thai, Steamed Sea bass with Chili and Lime Juice together with finest quality German Brewed Beer, Lager, Dunkel and Weizen. authentic thai food and great ambience

dine there recently with 10 persons and we had such a wonderful time , fresh oysters in thai herbs and miang kham ( traditional thai appertiser wrap in betel leaf) , squids in spicy lime soup , fried pork knuckles and many more delicious dishes. also loves their freshly brewed german beers and their fun musicians performing and entertaining especially the lady singer with that powerful vocal. quite a memorable night.

Booked a table for two via hungry go which is hassle free, easy and convenience. Tried their Pork knuckles and Tomyam Sup, both are delicious with reasonable price. Of course, great beer with live band there. Customer service is good also. A great place to chill out with friends and families and definitively will visit again.

Located on top of Dempsey Hill, Parking is good! Food is simply delicious personally I like their Thai salad the most followed by the German beer, it has a light taste and plentiful! You can get to enjoy performance indoor their staffs are very friendly and would even invite you on-stage to dance and sing with them. Its a MUST go if you're willing to spend just slightly above your average bill :)
